Lenox Pinto is a Semi-finalist of the Redress Design Award 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India.

redress Design Award Collection

Lenox’s Redress Design Award collection, ‘Jantar Mantar’, is inspired by and named after an astronomical observatory built in 1734, in Jaipur, India, derivings its aesthetic from its striking physical structures of circles, spirals, and rectangular forms. The collection is designed with zero-waste patterns and includes custom-made recycled brass buttons. The garments are made with multi-use modular and detachable elements that offer versatility, and which can later be transformed into saris to be passed down through generations, further encouraging longevity.
